Privacy Commissioner Says Facebook Violates Canadian Privacy Laws.

An interesting report on how Facebook's data retention and sharing policies actually contravene federal privacy laws. Very interesting stuff here. There's an interesting backdoor for "application developers" to get around your Facebook privacy settings. Becoming a developer is as simple as visiting http://developers.facebook.com/ and signing up for an account.

SO where is is it written that one HAS TO POST ones private info on a website controlled by others...oh that's right, no one is responsible for their own stupidity so let's hold the provider responsible. Geez-us how pathetic have people become.
Rules to live by...
1. If you post it on a website it can be hacked
2. If your stupid enough to post private info...you deserve what you get,
3. Learn to suck it up and stop blaming your stupidity on others.
