Metro Housing Market Sales - Still lower than last year

Spring 2009 is almost half over and the number of residential sales in the municipalities of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview reported to the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board is down 22% from last year.

I prepared two reports. One covers the three metro municipalities and one covers the rural areas just outside of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview.
