On Sept. 3, I was at my camp on the East Branch of the Musquash and went out for an early morning fish. The mist was still on the water whenI spotted this family of ducks – mergansers, I think. Later on, I went to Deer Lake where I got a nice shot of a solitary loon. – Wayne Bailey, Grand Bay-Westfield Wayne is right – it is a lovely group is of common mergansers and the other one is of a common loon.– Jim Wilson
