Easy-Way Lemonade
Start this recipe early in the day.
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups boiling water
Ice cubes
1. Into a large, heat-safe bowl or pitcher, placed the sliced lemons and sugar.
2. Pour in boiling water; stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until chilled.
3. To serve, pour mixture over ice cubes in chilled 8-ounce glasses. Serve immediately.
Each serving: About 84 calories, 7g sodium, 24g total carbohydrate, 2g fiber, 1g protein.
