MUSIC

Jonathan's Music City Museum and Opry, 3170 Mountain Road, Magnetic Hill, features a country music show each Saturday at 7 p.m. featuring Jonathan's House Band with Reggie Remington, JD Whyte, Eric Blackier, Johnny Belliveau and Amedus Gallant also with numerous local guests.

ART COURSES

The Moncton Public Library is holding three book clubs for adults. The meetings will be held on a monthly basis and anyone is welcome to join in at anytime. The morning English group meets at 10 a.m. on the second Friday of each month, the English evening group meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month and the French evening group meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. Admission is free but registration is required. The French book club will be discussing Rouge secret by Christine Brouillet during May. The English morning book club will be discussing Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri during May and the English evening book club will be discussing Howard's End by E.M. Forster during May.
