Sandstones Gallery is exhibiting the work of Ginette Henri entitled Flowers in Time until early September. There will be a vernissage Monday, Aug. 11, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sandstones is located on the ground floor of the Blue Cross Centre. The Moncton Gallery is presenting a Juried Exhibition of Moncton Regional Artists until Thursday, Sept. 4. The Moncton Gallery is located in the lobby of City Hall at 655 Main St. and is open regular hours Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and during the months of July and August is open on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Musee acadien de l'Universite de Moncton presents the exhibition Beaubassin: under the trowel showcasing artifacts found during the Beaubassin and Fort Lawrence Public Archaeology Experience in 2007 until Sunday, Sept. 21. Assumption Gallery is exhibiting work by Micheline Roy entitled Le temps des uns, le temps des autres collection until Sunday, Aug. 31. Assumption Gallery is located at 770 Main St. on the ground floor of the Assumption Place Building. Open hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Gallery 78 is exhibiting three separate exhibitions, the work of Tom Forrestall; Joe Plaskett and Kyle Cunjak. The Moncton Public Library is featuring an interactive exhibit featuring over 30 innovative Maritimers from Science East until Sunday, Aug. 31. The library will be featuring art work entitled Diversity in connection with Heron Bay Gallery of Shediac during the month of August. The library is located at 644 Main St. and is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9 a.m-8:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Irish Room, located in historic Thomas Williams House is open every Friday from 9 a.m.-noon and from 1-3 p.m. and houses genealogical and local history materials related to the Irish in southeastern NB. London-Wul Fibre Arts is hosting the fibre-based works of Moncton native Joanna Close. The exhibit features a series of panels that explore geography and landscape. The Moncton Art Society Gallery is currently exhibiting the work of artist of the month Robert Jay in its gallery, located in Highfield Square past the Atlantic Lottery booth and Café C'est La Vie.
