Ginger Pepper Peas
2 cups frozen peas 500 ml
1 tbsp butter 15 ml
1/4 tsp salt 1 ml
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp sesame oil 5 ml
1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 ml
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 1 ml
Method: In a microwave safe dish; cover and cook peas at high for 3 minutes, or until hot. Stir in remaining ingredients.
