Salmon Burgers

1 lb fresh salmon, skinless boneless 450 g

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 125 ml

Green onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp dijon mustard 15 ml

1 egg beaten 1

Salt and pepper

Method: Flake the raw salmon and combine all the ingredients. Mix well and shape into patties. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes per side until cooked through. Put on kaiser rolls and garnish with your choice of toppings.
