After hanging on for a long time, part of this house at 120 Old Post Rd. in Petitcodiac has finally fallen into the Petitcodiac River. The home has been vacant about a year. Officials are trying to identify the property’s owner so the house can be removed from the riverbank before the rest of it ends up in the water. Department of Environment officials were on hand yesterday to study the situation.
