FREDERICTON - The RCMP has started its internal review into the case that led to the murder of Fredericton professor John McKendy.
The RCMP investigation began last week and will be completed in about a month.
An officer from Prince Edward Island is in charge of the investigation.
The Mounties apologized to the family of the victim earlier this month after admitting it had been warned by a relative three days prior to his murder that his son-in-law, Nicholas Wade Baker, had been sending threatening e-mails.
