Uranium expert to speak in Moncton

The author of Canada's Deadly Secret -- Saskatchewan's Uranium and the Global Nuclear System will be in Moncton to speak about his book.

Dr. Jim Harding will be at the Empress Theatre in downtown Moncton on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. His visit is sponsored by the southeast chapter of the Conservation Council of New Brunswick, Petitcodiac Riverkeeper and the Greater Moncton chapter of the Council of Canadians.

Harding will discuss the economic, environmental, health and weapons implications of uranium mining.
