Daniel Radcliffe shares hints about movie

Daniel Radcliffe recently revealed that the upcoming Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is slightly reminiscent of the 1996 Scottish flick Trainspotting.
"There's a fair amount of sexual energy and drug parallels. We have a couple of Trainspotting moments," the actor told Empire magazine, the UK's Sun reported. "That's two films I never thought would be mentioned in the same breath."

Christian Bale responded to rumours that a scene with Heath Ledger's character, The Joker, in a body bag might be cut from the upcoming Batman thriller, The Dark Knight.
"I know there are a lot of people out there who don't think this movie should be shown. But, if you're asking my opinion, I think that's bloody insane. I also think it's an insult to Heath and everything he stood for. I don't think anything should be cut -- I think it's the movie he wanted to make," the Dark Knight star was quoted by breakingnews.ie as saying. "The guy was brilliant. He was a fantastic actor and he put everything into this part. I absolutely know without question that he would have wanted everyone to see it. For me, this is a celebration of what he did best -- entertain people . . . respect the man. This is what he did. This is what he wanted to do."
The Dark Knight was the last film Heath Ledger completed before he passed away in January.

America Ferrera likes it best when Hollywood folks keep it real.
"Things always happen in trends and in waves. If you're talking about in the celebrity world and fashion magazine world those things shift, depending on what's in and what's not," the Ugly Betty star was quoted by the UK's Sun as saying. "But I always felt the most interesting people to watch are actors that look like real people so you can relate to them. In movies interested in showing truth and honesty, people are allowed to look like people."

Will Smith may have an old girlfriend to thank for unwittingly pushing him to excel in acting.
"My first girlfriend cheated on me when I was 15 years old, and I processed in my mind that she cheated on me because I was not good enough," Smith was quoted by breakingnews.ie as saying. "I remember my walk home after I found out, and I remember just vowing to myself that I would never not be good enough again.
The actor added: "In my childlike mind, I connect that to (wife) Jada's love for me, even though she tells me, 'Baby, OK, you're good enough. Let's take a vacation.'"

Daren Kagasoff, who plays a bad boy in the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager, may have some things in common with his TV character.
"I was a baseball player in highschool, so I was pretty bad," Kagasoff told OK! magazine with a laugh. "This guy is a lot more forward than I ever was. He's the funniest character to play because he has so many different sides to him and it's just fun to have the opportunity to play that up."
