Midget Rockets hold tryouts

SHEDIAC - The Office Interiors Ricoh Rockets of the New Brunswick Female Midget AAA Hockey League will hold tryouts beginning tomorrow at Festival Arena here.

The Rockets, who won the Atlantic and New Brunswick female midget AAA titles last season, are open to players from District 6 (Moncton, Lewisville, Dieppe, Memramcook, Riverview, Hillsborough, Petitcodiac and Sackville) and District 7 (Shediac, Cap-Pele, Kent Centre and Kent Sud).

Tryouts are scheduled for tomorrow at 3:35 p.m. and Sunday at 5:55 p.m. Registration starts tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Festival Arena or players can register in advance by contacting Dan Leger at 577-4187 or josejani@rogers.com.

Registration fee is $55.
