Ann Balch, is giving weekend portrait workshops in Moncton, Grande Digue and Halifax. Ann is a member of the Society of Canadian Artists and the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour. The Moncton Public Library is holding three book clubs for adults. The meetings will be held on a monthly basis and anyone is welcome to join in at anytime.
