Artists and galleries across Moncton will be opening their doors from noon until 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1 and Sunday, Nov. 2 during the annual Art Studio Tours.

This event allows the public a chance to view the studios, art, and artistic style of local artists, while simultaneously giving those artists valuable exposure. Not only that, some stops will be interactive with the public. Charlaine Gauthier will be hosting an art contest in which visitors will participate in creating a collective painting which will be drawn for at a later date at the Moncton City Hall.

Participants can follow the Art Studio Tour in the order of their choice, but Heron Bay La Terrasse and Sandstones Art Gallery have offered to act as central or starting points, providing brochures for the tour and art appreciation guidance.
