Hillsborough is now home to a boutique catering to breast cancer survivors.

Felicity Mastectomy Boutique, located at 2848 Main St., is holding its grand opening celebration tonight from 6 to 8 p.m.

"Our mission is to represent a renewed feminine power that radiates positive thinking while supporting confidence and promoting well-being to women who have so courageously survived breast cancer," says the boutique's founder David Ford, in a news release.

The boutique offers a wide array of products and services to make it easy for women to find what they need after breast cancer surgery.

Boutique administrator Susan MacDonald says private consultations are offered to help customers choose products that suit their particular needs.

"At Felicity's, we fully recognize firsthand and appreciate the challenges you may be facing with adjusting to the physical changes due to surgery," she says. "Our boutique offers a relaxed and private atmosphere where you will be pampered with admiration and fully respected as a woman."
