Tozer won't run

MIRAMICHI - Conservative Party candidate for Miramichi Bill Tozer has withdrawn his name for the next federal election because of a likely conflict of interest situation arising from a new business venture. The venture would bring new industry to the region. The association, meanwhile, has begun searching for a new candidate.
