Two rounds of qualifying will set the 26-car starting field for the race. Time trials will start at 5:10 p.m.

Tomorrow's race is also round two of four in the Parts For Trucks Challenge, a mini-series where series regulars accumulate points based on their finishing positions in each of the four Parts for Trucks-sponsored events on the schedule. A bonus is paid to the top three Parts for Trucks Challenge points-getters at the series' annual awards banquet.

Points racing in the Speedway 660 sportsman and street stock divisions are also part of the program.

There is no racing at the Centre for Speed in Barachois, River Glade Speedway, Miramichi City Speedway or Blue Mountain Speedway in Big River this weekend.

The Centre for Speed will host the Carquest Maritime Pro Stock Tour's Lucas Oil 150 as well as a Maritime Super Sportsman Series race on Aug. 3 at 3 p.m. Tickets are available by visiting or calling Race Time Collectables (386-8305) in Champlain Place. Advance tickets for adults will save fans $5 each at $25. Fans calling from outside Metro Moncton may call in their advance ticket order and pick them up at Race Time prior to race day.

The Centre for Speed will also host a doubleheader on Aug. 4. A 1 p.m. program will feature a street stock invitational, tigercat and thundercat division points racing and a visit by the Atlantic Open Wheel racing series.
