CUMBERLAND. Ont. - Tide Head's Kim Adams, a former champion on the Futures Tour and the Canadian women's tour, will be one of the participants in the CN Canadian Women's Open Qualifier here on Monday.

The 18-hole event is set for the Camelot Golf and Country Club and the top four players will qualify to compete in the Open scheduled next Thursday to Sunday at the Ottawa Hunt Golf and Country Club.

Adams is currently in her second summer as a professional at the Fox Harb'r Resort in Wallace. N.S.

Adams is a former participant in the 2004 Canadian Women's Open and a two-time participant in the United States Women's Open.

The qualifier features both amateurs and professionals from Canada and the United States.
